Returns

 

At ICY COLD, we take pride in the quality of our products and are confident that you will find great satisfaction in the comfort of our bedding. If, however, you find yourself unsatisfied with your ICY COLD purchase, the following guideline applies as applies.

 

 

Return window	Returns must be initiated 30 days from date of purchase.
Conditions	Product must be returned in original packaging received and free from any stains or damage. Maximum of two (2) items for refund per order.  If there is a variance in price for exchange items, customers must pay for price difference or will be refunded if of lesser value. Exchanges will be processed once we receive the original item. Exchanged items are final sale.
Fees	Exchanges and store credit Always completely free
Refund Issuance	All returns will be refunded to the original method of payment, issued through store credit, or exchange. If original form of payment is no longer active or we are unable to process the refund on original payment method, you will receive store credit for the same amount.  If you were the recipient of a product as a gift, returns shall be honored if requested within 30 days of when the gift order was placed, and refunds shall be issued in the form of store credit or to the original purchaser.

 

 

 

Order Changes

We can not guarantee updates to an order's shipping address or items in an order. Our fulfillment team works around the clock to get shipments out at lightning speed!

If you require a change to your shipping address, we recommend you contact the courier to assist with updating the shipping address. If you would like to add, change or upgrade the items in your order, please contact us at icycoldblanket999@gmail.com or call us at 1-730-755-4668 (toll-free) during our operating hours. If we cannot change your order, you may return the items in your original order back. Once we receive the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

 

 

Order Cancellation

After your order is shipped, we cannot process a cancellation. Please contact us at icycoldblanket999@gmail.com If you wish to cancel/return an item that's already been shipped, please return your items for a return for a full refund.
